Before you enquire

Do I need to be in?

Not always. Drop-off, collection, or we come to you. If it’s on-site, we’ll agree a time that works around your day.

What about my games and files?

We don’t wipe anything unless you ask. Saves, games and files stay put. If a job needs a backup first, we’ll say so before we start.

How do I pay?

We agree the job first. Bank transfer or cash when we’re done or when you collect.

How far do you come?

County Durham, Newton Aycliffe, Shildon and Darlington. Further than that — please enquire.
